Being inland, Xàtiva has a drier climate and wider temperature swings than the coast. We adjust curing times and mortar mix to those conditions, particularly in summer, when applying too fast causes cracking.
On restorations we balance technical judgement with looks: we keep the character of the building while still giving you a contemporary interior, with smooth finishes or microcement in the bathroom and kitchen.
