Valencia is a city of apartments, and that shapes how we work. In older buildings around El Carmen or Ruzafa we regularly meet walls that are out of plumb and original gypsum that has to be made sound before anything goes on top. We prepare the substrate carefully so the seamless finish ends up genuinely flat.
Microcement is the most requested solution in the city precisely because it avoids demolition: it goes straight over the existing floor or tiling, adds barely any thickness, and spares you the noise and rubble of ripping things out. In a shared apartment block that makes an enormous difference.
We agree working hours with the residents' association and protect communal areas and lifts. We also handle access logistics, which in central Valencia is usually the tricky part of any renovation.
